Switzerland Tourism lists the onion market in Bern's Old Town on 23 November 2026, a Monday, with the market officially open from 06:00 to 18:00.
The BLS rail operator's page says the market covers the main streets and side alleys of the upper Old Town as well as Waisenhausplatz and Bundesplatz, and that first sales begin at 04:00.
